Can I track the status of my order and my package?
Yes, your "My Account" page will display the date, amount, and status (Pending, Approved or Shipped) for every order you have placed. In addition, you can click on a specific order number to display the details of that order including the tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number displayed for the order to see the point-by-point tracking details for you package. Order history and detailed tracking is not available with "Express Checkout", you must create an account.

How will I know my order was received?
After you submit your order, you will see an "order complete" page containing your order number and the option to print your receipt. In addition, you will receive an order confirmation email.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Your order will ship the same or next business day. Most orders received by 2 PM Pacific Time (Monday - Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. 

How do you handle out of stock items?
If an item is out of stock, we will display an "out of stock" notice which prevents you from adding the item to your shopping cart. You will be presented with an option to be notified when the item is back in stock.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email containing a USPS tracking number when your order is shipped. If you created an account, you can check the status of the order from your "My Account" page. Your account page will show the status of your order as Pending, Approved or Shipped.

How do I track the status of my package?
If you created an account, you can track the status of your package easily from your "My Account" page. Simply click on the order number and then click the tracking number displayed for that order. The tracking number will be available as soon as your order is shipped.

How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, send us an email as soon as possible. Please include your name and the order number with your request. We will reply to your email as soon as possible.

How do I return an item?
Simply mail us the item for a full refund less shipping charges. Returned items must be received within 30-days of the delivery date. Please include a copy of your packing slip showing your name and order number.

What is your privacy policy?
The information you provide is used to fulfill your order only. We never sell or share your personal information. You may receive periodic emails from Ceylon Cinnamon Shop informing you of specials or new products. However, any promotional email will allow you to unsubscribe at any time.

Is your website safe and secure?
The security of your personal information is something we take very seriously. All online transactions are handled using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You can easily verify this secure connection using your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, etc.). When on a secure web page (Checkout Page or Account page), a security icon will be displayed (usually a lock   image) in your browsers status bar or page tab.
